🔄 BabyDrip Returns & Exchanges Policy

At BabyDrip, we want every child to shine with confidence in their drip. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help make it right. Please review our returns and exchanges guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We have a strict 30 days return policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

For hygienic reasons, certain items such as our customized products from our Shine Bright Collection are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Reach out to us at babydripllc@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping address. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable. 
Customers are also responsible for return shipping fees.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? No problem! We’ll gladly exchange eligible items to make sure your child gets the perfect fit. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-refundable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
