🔄 BabyDrip Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

At BabyDrip, we want every child to shine with confidence in their drip. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help make it right. Please review our returns and exchanges guidelines below.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

For hygienic reasons, certain items such as personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Reach out to us at 📧 babydripllc@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Once we receive your item, we’ll process your return or ship out your exchange.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

 

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? No problem! We’ll gladly exchange eligible items to make sure your child gets the perfect fit.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you ordered, please contact us right away. We’ll take care of the issue at no extra cost to you.
