Whether you're stocking your store, building your children's clothing business, or purchasing clothing in bulk, our tiered pricing program gives you greater savings as your order quantity increases.
1. ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Retail Reseller Orders
Our retail reseller program is designed for customers who purchase multiple pieces for resale or bulk personal use.
A minimum purchase is required to qualify for reseller pricing.
Individuals who wish to purchase clothing in larger quantities for personal use may also take advantage of our bulk pricing, provided the applicable minimum quantity is met.
Wholesale Orders
Our wholesale program is ideal for:
Children's boutiques
Clothing retailers
Online children's clothing stores
Brick-and-mortar stores
Businesses purchasing inventory for resale
Individuals purchasing larger quantities for resale
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 25 Pieces
Wholesale/reseller pricing begins with a minimum order of 25 clothing pieces.
2. WHOLESALE BULK DISCOUNT STRUCTURE:
The more you purchase the more you save.

Order Quantity Discount 25-49 Pieces 20 % OFF 50-99 Pieces 25% OFF 100+ Pieces 35% OFF |
EXAMPLE: If the retail price of an item is $30
* 25-29 Pieces: $24.00 per unit for each piece
* 50-99 Pieces: $22.50 per unit for each piece
* 100+ Pieces: $19.50 per unit for each piece
Discounts are calculated from the regular retail price and applied to eligible clothing merchandise.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping, taxes customs duties, and other applicable fees are not included in the merchandise discount.
📝 3. RESELLER ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for Babydrip wholesale or reseller pricing, applicants may be required to provide documentation verifying their identity and/or business status.
Acceptable documentation may include:
Valid government-issued identification
Business registration or business license
Tax registration number
Tax identification number
Other applicable business documentation
Babydrip reserves the right to review and approve reseller and wholesale accounts before wholesale pricing is provided.
💳 4. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS
Retail Pricing
Prices displayed on the Babydrip website represent our regular retail pricing and may change periodically.
Eligible customers who meet the applicable minimum order quantity will receive the corresponding wholesale discount.
Wholesale discounts are applied according to the total quantity of eligible clothing pieces purchased in a single order.
Wholesale Payment
Unless otherwise approved in writing, full payment is required before a wholesale order is processed for shipment.
We may accept:
Credit/debit card
PayPal
Bank transfer
Other approved payment methods
Approved Payment Terms
Established wholesale accounts may be eligible for Net 15 or Net 30 payment terms, subject to approval.
Net 15 means payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date.
Net 30 means payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Net payment terms are not automatically available to all wholesale customers and must be approved by Babydrip before an order is placed under these terms.
📦 5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Wholesale Shipping
Shipping and freight costs for wholesale orders are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Depending on the destination, shipment size, weight, and service selected, orders may be shipped using carriers such as:
USPS
UPS
DHL
Other approved shipping or freight carriers
Shipping costs will be determined based on the order and delivery destination.
Processing Time
Wholesale orders generally require 3–21 business days for processing, depending on order volume, product availability, customization requirements, and other applicable factors.
Processing time does not necessarily include transit time.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any applicable:
Customs duties
Import taxes
Brokerage fees
Government charges
Other destination-country fees
These charges are not included in Babydrip's wholesale discount and are the responsibility of the buyer.
🔄 6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & DAMAGED ORDERS
Retail Orders
Babydrip generally does not accept returns on clothing unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide photographs or other information to help us evaluate the issue.
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund, at Babydrip's discretion.
Wholesale Orders
All wholesale and bulk orders are considered final sale.
Due to the nature of wholesale purchasing, returns are not accepted simply because an item is unwanted or no longer needed.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please inspect your shipment promptly upon arrival.
When reporting an issue, please provide:
Order number
Description of the issue
Quantity affected
Photographs of the affected merchandise and packaging
Babydrip will review the claim and work with the buyer toward an appropriate resolution.
🛍️ 7. RESELLER GUIDELINES
We want our wholesale partners to grow while protecting the quality and identity of the Babydrip brand.
By purchasing wholesale merchandise from Babydrip, resellers agree to the following guidelines:
Brand Integrity
Resellers may not repackage, relabel, alter, or rebrand Babydrip products without prior written authorization.
Products must remain identifiable as authentic Babydrip merchandise.
Product Care & Storage
All merchandise should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry environment to help preserve the quality, appearance, and condition of the garments.
Authorized Sales Channels
Resellers may sell Babydrip products through their own:
Retail stores
Websites
Social media shops
Approved online marketplaces
Selling Babydrip products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or other third-party marketplaces requires prior written authorization from Babydrip.
Fair Pricing
Resellers are expected to represent Babydrip products professionally and maintain fair and reasonable pricing practices.
Babydrip reserves the right to review reseller relationships where sales practices may negatively affect the brand, customers, or other authorized retail partners.
