Please read these rules before entering. By submitting an entry, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these rules on behalf of their child.

Eligibility

The child must be 6–24 months old on October 16, 2026. Entry must be submitted by the child's parent or legally authorized guardian, who must be at least 18 years old.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, where permitted by law. Entries from other locations are not eligible. The parent/guardian must be able to receive the prize at a valid address in an eligible location.

BabyDrip owners, campaign administrators, employees directly involved in running the campaign, and their immediate household members are not eligible to enter.

No purchase is necessary. Buying BabyDrip products does not improve a child's chances of winning.

Campaign Dates

Entries open October 16, 2026, and close December 16, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Late, incomplete, or inaccessible submissions will not be accepted. Voting closes at the same deadline.

Entry and Photo Requirements

Complete the official entry form and submit one recent, clear photo taken within the past six months. The child's face should be visible in good lighting, without heavy filters or edits that materially change the child's appearance.

Submit a suitable, age-appropriate photo showing the child safely and respectfully clothed. Do not submit nude or diaper-only images, embarrassing images, or photos displaying private information such as a home address or school.

The parent/guardian must own the photo or have permission from the photographer and authority to submit it. Do not include other children unless their parent/guardian has given permission.

Submit one entry per child. Duplicate, stolen, misleading, AI-generated, or materially altered photos will be rejected. BabyDrip may request a replacement photo or reasonable proof of age/guardianship privately. 

BabyDrip may decline content that is unsafe, offensive, unsuitable for children, infringes another person's rights, or does not meet these rules.

Approval and Voting

BabyDrip will review entries for eligibility, completeness, photo suitability, and compliance. Only approved entries can participate in voting. Each approved child will receive a unique entry number and voting link. Parents/guardians may share the link with friends and family and invite them to vote.

Only votes recorded through the official voting system will count. The final verified vote totals at the close of voting determine placement. 

First place goes to the eligible entry with the most valid votes; second place to the entry with the next-highest total; and third place to the entry with the third-highest total. 

BabyDrip may review voting for suspicious activity, remove invalid votes, and disqualify entries where appropriate. If entries tie, the tie will be resolved by the earliest time the tied entry reached its final vote total, according to reliable system records. If that cannot be determined, BabyDrip will use a random tie-break and document the result.

Votes received after December 16, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET will not count. 

Prizes

First place: one BabyDrip outfit/suit of clothing for the child plus a US$150 BabyDrip gift card.

Second place: one BabyDrip outfit for the child plus a US$100 BabyDrip gift card.

Third place: one BabyDrip outfit for the child plus a US$50 BabyDrip gift card.

Outfit choice is subject to available stock and sizing. Gift cards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to any terms stated on the gift card.

Potential winners will be contacted using the information on the entry form and may need to verify eligibility and sign required releases. If a potential winner does not respond within five calendar days, cannot be verified, or declines the prize, BabyDrip may offer the prize to the next eligible entry by valid vote count.

Disqualification

BabyDrip may reject an entry, remove votes, or withhold a prize if it reasonably determines that:

The child or entrant is ineligible, required information is false or misleading, or eligibility cannot be verified.

The submitted photo is unauthorized, infringes rights, includes another child without permission, is inappropriate or unsafe, or is materially altered.

The entrant uses bots, scripts, fake accounts, automated voting, purchased or manipulated votes, impersonation, hacking, or other deceptive methods. 

The entrant harasses or threatens voters, interferes with the website or voting system, submits duplicate entries to evade limits, or violates these rules or applicable law.

The entrant attempts to compromise a child's safety or privacy, mislead BabyDrip, or unfairly interfere with another participant.

BabyDrip will make decisions in good faith using information reasonably available. A child will not be disqualified because of disability, race, appearance, or another protected characteristic.

Photo Use, Privacy and Publicity

By entering, the parent/guardian permits BabyDrip to review the submitted photo for campaign administration. BabyDrip will not publicly display an entry photo unless the parent/guardian has agreed to photo-display consent. Personal information will be used to administer the campaign, contact entrants, verify votes, and deliver prizes, subject to BabyDrip's posted privacy policy and applicable law.

The parent/guardian retains ownership of the photo. Any broader use of the child's image for advertising or marketing requires a separate written permission/release explaining the intended use, platforms, duration, and any compensation. 

Winner Content and User-Generated Content (UGC)

After winners are selected, BabyDrip may invite their parents/guardians to provide photographs or videos of the child wearing BabyDrip clothing. This is subject to a separate written parent/guardian agreement and is not automatic simply because a child enters or wins. The agreement will explain what content BabyDrip may use, where it may be published, how long permission lasts, and whether products or gift cards are provided. 

Parents/guardians must disclose gifted clothing, gift cards, or other material connections when posting campaign content on their own social channels where required by law or platform rules. Neither BabyDrip nor a parent/guardian should make false or misleading endorsements.

General Terms

This is a promotional campaign; no purchase is necessary or increases the chance of winning. 

BabyDrip may pause, change, or cancel the campaign if fraud, technical failure, child-safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise fair administration. Material changes will be communicated on the campaign page where practical. 

BabyDrip is not responsible for entries or votes lost due to internet, device, email, platform, or technical issues outside its reasonable control.

This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social platform. Entrants release those platforms from responsibility for the campaign to the extent permitted by law.

These rules are subject to applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
